We are pleased to serve the Columbia Sportswear community in Portland, OR with food that is alive with flavor and nutrition, prepared from scratch using authentic ingredients. We do this in a socially responsible manner for the well-being of our guests, communities and the environment.
From morning breakfast buffets to elegant evening receptions, you will find that we only offer the finest, freshest ingredients prepared with creativity and passion, and presented with style and elegance. Our catering team can coordinate all of the details including staffing, equipment rentals, china service, specialty linen, and florals.
We are proud to share with you the menus on the following pages, and will gladly assist you with selecting items and developing custom menus for your event.
Catering Guidelines:
- A 48-hour minimum notice is preferred for all catering events to ensure product availability and proper staffing
- Orders may be submitted on-line up to 1:00 pm of the business day prior to the event at www.columbiasportswear.catertrax.com
- Please provide the following information for all orders:
- client name
- contact person’s phone number
- event name
- event date
- event times:
- meeting start time
- food delivery time/times
- pick-up time
- meeting end time
- location:
- number of guests attending
- budget billing code
- If you have a last minute request, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs but your menu selection may be limited and delivery time may need to be flexible • All accepted orders will receive an event order, sent via e-mail, as confirmation
- Normal hours of service are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Deliveries and pick-ups requested outside of normal business hours will incur additional labor charges.
- Order cancellations made by 10:00 am one business day prior to function will not incur cancellation fees, with the exception of specialty items purchased. Cancellations made after 10:00 am one day prior to function are subject to full cancellation fees. Clients are responsible for full cost incurred by specialty foods and beverages, services or labor charges which cannot be refunded.
- Orders are based on a minimum of $30.00 per function and a minimum of six attendees.
Catering Information and Policies:
- Delivery, set-up with plate ware and utensils and pick-up for all ordered services is included
- Events in the Lillehammer Conference Center will include china service.
- Events in all other buildings will include paper service, unless otherwise requested (rental fees apply).
Alcohol Policy
Bon Appétit strictly enforces and supports Columbia sportswear’s Alcohol Policy.
- Alcohol may not be served before 3:00 pm at any on site event.
- Alcohol for 20 or more must be purchased through Bon Appétit, giving 72 hours notice.
- A licensed server is required for all alcohol service.
- A fee of $30 per hour will be charged for each server.
- All events with alcohol are required to have an executive sponsor.
- Alcohol must remain in the immediate area it is being served. Event attendees are not allowed to wander through the facility with an open alcohol container.
- In all cases there is a strict two drink per person limit.
Please place orders for alcohol service directly with the catering manager. Alcohol may not be ordered through the electronic ordering system. Two substantial different substantial food items must be ordered.
